“I absolutely love this company and love the trades people who work for them. I have been using this company for 15 years and have never had a single problem with them. The trades people they employ are knowledgeable helpful and respectful and nothing is too much trouble. They explain things in a way you can understand and don’t treat you like an idiot. I recently had some problems with the aircon in my new house so had to use the company who did the installation due to the 1 year warranty. The difference between that company and Quality Air was like chalk and cheese. I ended up waiting until The one year warranty period was up and then I called Quality Air to come and resolve the problems I had with the ducted air conditioning unit, which they fixed to my complete satisfaction.
